Caramel Apple Puff Pastry Bites
Ingredients:
· 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
· 2 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Gala work great)
· 2 tbsp butter
· 2 tbsp brown sugar

· ¼ tsp nutmeg
· 6 soft caramels, cut in half

Instructions:
