Mill Creek has been a wonderful place for my family to live. It is a smaller, peaceful community where the management takes a vested interest in the residents and is very proactive when it comes to hosting events that makes one feel welcome. Any concerns we've had regarding maintenance/noise issues (rare) have been addressed in an expeditious manner. The view of the water is serene, Buckroe Beach is a 5 minute walk, & is easily the best apt deal for sq. footage in the area. Great overall! Dirk K

Beautiful location. Large private deck overlooking the water. Quiet community. Fishing and crabbing on site. Anytime we've had an issue with our apartment, it's easy to submit a work request form via the community website, AND our maintenance worker is prompt to remedy the situation. Living at Mill Creek Landing is like living at a little piece of Heaven! It's just so serene & peaceful with the best views from all the decks of every apartment! The decks are huge & from each deck you can see beautiful Mill Creek & all the wonderful creations that God made and put here for us to see and enjoy! The view is as wide as your whole apartment! With the sliding door open, you can hear the waves splashing from the Chesapeake Bay onto Buckroe Beach, only a block away! Ron W

We love the location!! We have beautiful views and are only 2 blocks from the beach!! The apartment staff is amazing!! They are so friendly and will do anything for you. They respond to my calls and questions usually within 10 minutes. They fix whatever we need the day we request it!!

I can't imagine a better place to live! My huge deck overlooks Mill Creek and I can hear the waves washing up on Buckroe Beach! Daily, you get to see the migrating ducks or geese come flying overhead, in formation, along with all the other wildlife that our wonderful God created! It just doesn't get any better than this! The most beautiful sunsets that anyone could ask for!

Just moved in in October and I love it already! The people are nice and the scenery , well the sunsets from our porches (decks) are awesome! Can't wait till warm weather rolls back around and I can walk right over to the beach:) . Life is always better at the beach!!

Really terrific apartment complex. Being new to the area the office staff was exceptional in making sure my move went smoothly. Our 1st maintenance request was answered tremendously promptly. Plus the views of the Bay, nice living space, and being a block away from Buckroe beach doesn't hurt either.

I've been a resident for 6 years and can't say enough about this amazing community. JT is the current maintenance man and is exceptional in his professionalism and friendliness to all residents. Jenn, as the resident manager, is always helpful and exudes positive energy. I could live anywhere, but I am proud to call Mill Creek landing home, thanks to these individuals!

I recently came home late from work to find I had no power due to an outside breaker that was being tripped. I called the after-hours maintenance number. JT came out in the dark and got everything on for the night that could be done. He was back bright and early the next morning and spent several more hours finding the specific problem and getting it fixed. I couldn't have asked for more! He is friendly and pleasant no matter the time of day or the issue!

I wanted to give a shout out to how great the attention to maintenance is here! A couple of weeks ago my smoke detector started making an awful sound and of course this started happening after hours. I called and left a message, someone called me right back. Not only was the service quick, it was easy, and the guy was nice on the phone and said it was an emergency and he'd definitely do it that night!
